Andrea & John were married at beautiful Verandas. They weren’t phased by “June Gloom”, which was great as we think there is nothing like having a gigantic softbox in the sky to make for beautiful light. Bernie Hsiao of Creative Floral Designs put together stunning flowers for the day. Here’s a look:

Carrie & Jared may just possibly be the sweetest couple around. We’ve had such a great time getting to know these two this past year and were so honored to capture their day for them. And what a day it was… a glorious sunny and perfect Malibu setting at the Adamson House, complete with a view of all the surfers in the ocean. Carrie was stunning in her Monique Lhuillier and Jared looked like the happiest man on earth. The whole day came together under the flawless Peggy Kelley and her team from Timeless Celebrations. Dinner was dee-lish by Good Gracious. Sherene Hulugalle of Wisteria Lane created stunning florals. And NancyKay’s Confections once again came through with the most awesome cake (I have to admit, I scammed a second piece of the carrot cake… it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!!!!).

Joanne & Ernesto are awesome! These two do everything together - karate, salsa dancing, riding motorcycles, you name it. Seems like a great match to us. 
They’ll be getting married at the stunning St. Monica’s church, we love shooting there. Here’s a little fun at their engagement session. We can’t wait for the wedding this July!!

Does dad really need a new tie for Father’s Day? We’re guessing no. So why not get him something he will REALLY enjoy: a portrait of his beautiful family (of course!).

I recently got to shoot with my friend Kari Kochar at the beautiful Athenaeum at CalTech in Pasadena. I love that I have such a great network of photographer friends here in LA and love it even more when we get the chance to work together. It was a stunning day, a great couple and a gorgeous location. Here’s what I saw.

Day after sessions are a joy to shoot. All the beauty of a wedding, without the stress of the wedding day! These two were pros for their day after session in Malibu. Gorgeous couple, gorgeous location. What more could you want? Well, maybe a little less wind so we could keep Tawny’s veil in her hair. Check ‘em out.

Tawny & Domenick are fantastic! Super cool to be around and naturals in front of the camera. Their beautiful daytime wedding was at Calamigos Equestrian, which has the most perfect daytime reception room flooded with natural light. The dream team that brought this day to life (and some of our more favorite ladies in the biz) included make up and hair by Mariah Nicole, flowers by Jackie Combs Floral Design and cakes (yes that’s plural, check out the super cool grooms cake!) by Joeleen of A Sweet Design.
